Massage Oil Ingredients

Method

Massage Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Massage Oil

In a small bowl, mix the fractionated coconut oil with the essential oil of your choice. Stir well to combine.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Cold Stones

If using stones, chill them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before the massage. If using ice packs, ensure they are ready for use.

  3. 3

    Apply the Oil

Apply a generous amount of the prepared massage oil to the area experiencing discomfort, spreading it evenly.

  4. 4

    Begin Massage

Using your hands, gently massage the area in circular motions, applying moderate pressure.

  5. 5

    Incorporate Cold Stones

After 5-10 minutes of massage, use the cold stones or ice packs, gliding them over the area to reduce swelling and relieve muscle tension.

  6. 6

    Finish the Massage

Continue alternating between massage and cold stone application for about 15-20 minutes, or until the discomfort subsides.
