Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Meats

Season the brisket, pulled pork, smoked sausage, and chicken thighs with your preferred dry rub. Let them marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.

  2. 2

    Smoking the Meats

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Place the meats in the smoker and smoke for 4-6 hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C) for brisket and pulled pork, 165°F (74°C) for chicken, and until the sausage is browned.

  3. 3

    Preparing the Sides

While the meats are smoking, prepare your sides. Make coleslaw, baked beans, cornbread, and potato salad according to your favorite recipes.

  4. 4

    Plate the Meal

Once the meats are done, slice or shred them as needed. Serve the smoked meats on a plate with two sides of your choice. Enjoy!
