Ribs Preparation

Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if it's still attached. In a bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the ribs.

Bake the Ribs
Wrap the seasoned ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until they are tender.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Bake Muffins
Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly.
