Prepare the Brisket
Trim excess fat from the brisket and cut it into small cubes.

Brown the Brisket
Add the brisket cubes to the pot and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.

Stir in smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and cumin. Mix well and then add the diced tomatoes, including their juice.

Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the brisket is tender.
