Marinate the Fish
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon or sea bass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Allow the fish to marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Prepare the Vegetables
In a mixing bowl, combine diced cucumber, sliced red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped cilantro, lime juice, minced jalapeño, and salt. Mix well and set aside to allow the flavors to meld.

Prepare Sweet Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a bowl, toss the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.

Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized, flipping halfway through.
