Marinate the Steak
Place the ribeye steak in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Prepare the Tortillas
Warm the flour tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side, until they are pliable.

Slice the Steak
Thinly slice the grilled ribeye steak against the grain.

On each tortilla, layer sour cream, grilled onions, black beans, avocado slices, and sliced ribeye steak. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll up tightly from the bottom.
