Cook the Meat
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.

Combine and Cook
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spices are well incorporated. Remove from heat and set aside.
Sauce Preparation

Mix the Sauce Ingredients
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the tomato sauce, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.

Simmer the Sauce
Bring the sauce to a simmer, reduce the heat to low, and let it cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Prepare the Tortillas
Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable, about 30 seconds.

Fill the Tortillas
Take a tortilla, place about 2-3 tablespoons of the meat filling in the center, sprinkle with a little cheese, and roll it up tightly. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Place in Baking Dish
Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place the filled tortillas seam-side down in the dish.

Top with Sauce and Cheese
Pour the remaining sauce evenly over the enchiladas and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

Bake the Enchiladas
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the enchiladas for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
