Preparing the Fillings

Cook the Chicken
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until thoroughly cooked. Remove from heat and shred the chicken.

Cook the Carne Asada
In the same skillet, add the carne asada and season with the remaining taco seasoning. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if desired. Remove from heat and slice thinly.
Assembling the Tacos

Fill the Tacos
Place a portion of shredded chicken on one tortilla and sliced carne asada on another. Add diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and shredded cheese on top of the meat in each taco.
Serving the Sides

Prepare the Beans and Rice
On a plate, serve 1 cup of cooked rice and 1 cup of refried beans next to the tacos.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish the tacos with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges, sour cream, and salsa on the side.
