Cook the Rice
In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of white rice and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until rice is tender. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes.

Prepare the Beans
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add 1 cup of black beans, 1 teaspoon of cumin, and salt to taste. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook the Protein
In another skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 cup of diced chicken breast and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning. Cook for 7-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.

Assemble the Burrito
On a large flour tortilla, layer the cooked rice, prepared black beans, seasoned chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and shredded cheese. Be generous with the toppings based on your preference.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a burrito. Ensure it is securely wrapped.
