Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Caviar

Carefully open the jar of Siberian Sturgeon caviar, ensuring not to break the pearls. Set aside to bring to room temperature.

  2. 2

    Make the Butter Mixture

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

  3. 3

    Mix Crème Fraîche

In a mixing bowl, combine crème fraîche with lemon zest. Stir gently until well blended.

  4. 4

    Chop Chives

Finely chop the fresh chives and set them aside.

Assembly

  1. 5

    Slice the Baguette

Cut the baguette into thin slices, about 1 cm thick. Arrange the slices on a serving platter.

  2. 6

    Assemble the Dish

Spread a small amount of the crème fraîche mixture onto each slice of baguette. Top with a spoonful of Siberian Sturgeon caviar.

  3. 7

    Add Finishing Touches

Drizzle the melted butter over the assembled bites and sprinkle chopped chives, capers, and fennel fronds on top for garnish.
