In a bowl, mix the smoked blue cheese, brown sugar, bourbon, melted butter, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Place Oysters on a Baking Sheet
Arrange the cleaned oysters on a baking sheet, cup side up, ensuring they are stable and won't tip over.

Spoon a small amount of the cheese mixture onto each oyster, ensuring they are well covered.
