Sauté Vegetables
In the same pan, add minced garlic and diced red bell pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Add green peas, saffron, and paprika, and stir well.

Combine Ingredients
Flake the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces and add it to the pan with the vegetables. Stir in the cooked rice and lemon juice. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
Assembling the Wraps

Prepare the Tortillas
Warm the large flour tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable.

Layer the Ingredients
Place a handful of fresh spinach leaves on each tortilla. Spoon a generous portion of the salmon filling onto the center of the tortilla.

Add Sour Cream and Roll
Top the salmon filling with sour cream. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up tightly to enclose the filling. Repeat with the second tortilla.
