Cube the Lamb
Cut the lamb shoulder into 1 to 1.5-inch cubes and place them in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.

Marinate the Lamb
Pour the marinade over the cubed lamb, ensuring that all pieces are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
Skewering

Prepare Vegetables
Cut the bell peppers and onion into chunks. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the skewers, alternating with chunks of bell pepper, onion, and cherry tomatoes until all ingredients are used.
