Combine Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Whisk them together until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.

Place the saucepan over medium heat and continuously whisk the mixture until it thickens and begins to bubble. This should take about 10-15 minutes.
- 3
- 4
Transfer to Baking Dish
Pour the pudding mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- 5
Chill Pudding
Let the pudding cool to room temperature, then refrigerate it for at least 2 hours or until set.
Caramel Preparation

Mix Sugar and Water
In a small saucepan, combine the granulated sugar and water. Stir gently to combine.
