Prepare Guacamole
In a bowl, mash the avocados. Stir in lime juice, salt, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro until combined.

Prepare Other Ingredients
Dice the tomatoes, chop the green onions, and slice the black olives as needed.
Assembly

Layer the Dip
In a large dish or serving platter, spread the refried beans evenly as the base layer.

Add Guacamole Layer
Spread the prepared guacamole over the refried beans evenly.

Spread Sour Cream
Spread the sour cream evenly over the guacamole layer.

Add Vegetables
Evenly distribute the diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, and sliced black olives over the sour cream layer.

Top with Cheese
Sprinkle the shredded Colby cheese and Monterey Jack cheese over the top of the vegetable layer.

Place tortilla chips around the dip and serve immediately for best taste.
