Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for better flavor.

Mix Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice. Stir until well blended. Set aside.
Grill the Chicken

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).
- 5
Cook the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 6
Rest the Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Assemble the Sandwich
- 7
Prepare the Bread
Toast the slices of whole grain sandwich bread until lightly browned.
- 8
Slice the Avocado and Tomato
While the bread is toasting, slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice the tomato.
- 9
Build the Sandwich
On one slice of toasted bread, spread a generous amount of spicy mayo. Layer with leafy greens, sliced grilled chicken, avocado, and tomato. Top with another slice of bread.
