Prepare the Marinade
In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully blended.

Add the white fish fillets to the marinade. Ensure the fish is evenly coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Warm the Tortillas
While the fish is resting, warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.

Assemble the Tacos
Flake the grilled fish into bite-sized pieces. Place a portion of the fish on each tortilla, then top with sliced avocado, red cabbage, and chopped cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
