Fish Marinade

Method

Fish Marinade Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully blended.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Fish

Add the white fish fillets to the marinade. Ensure the fish is evenly coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling the Fish

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Grill the Fish

Remove the fish from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

Assembling the Tacos

  1. 5

    Warm the Tortillas

While the fish is resting, warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.

  2. 6

    Assemble the Tacos

Flake the grilled fish into bite-sized pieces. Place a portion of the fish on each tortilla, then top with sliced avocado, red cabbage, and chopped cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
