Chicken Wings
Method
Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This will ensure that the chicken wings cook evenly and become crispy.
- 2
Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
Cooking
- 3
Arrange on Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
- 4
Bake the Wings
Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Sauce Preparation
- 5
Prepare the Hot Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir until well combined. Remove from heat.
- 6
Toss with Wings
Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the hot sauce mixture over them. Toss to coat the wings evenly.
Serving
- 7
Serve the Wings
Serve the crispy chicken wings hot, with extra hot sauce on the side if desired.
