Blue Cheese Dressing
Method
Wings Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2
Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until the wings are well coated.
- 3
Arrange on Baking Sheet
Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- 4
Bake the Wings
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- 5
Prepare the Hot Sauce
While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the hot sauce.
- 6
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings. Toss until the wings are thoroughly coated.
Blue Cheese Dressing Preparation
- 7
Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 8
Blend Until Smooth
Using a fork or a whisk, mix until the dressing is smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- 9
Chill
Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
