Ranch Dipping Sauce
Method
Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
- 1
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- 2
Season the Florets
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well-coated.
- 3
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the coated cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until they start to turn golden brown.
- 4
Add Buffalo Sauce
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and pour the buffalo sauce over the baked cauliflower. Toss to coat evenly.
- 5
Bake Again
Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, allowing the sauce to caramelize.
Ranch Dipping Sauce
- 6
Mix the Sauce Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 7
Whisk Until Smooth
Whisk the mixture until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- 8
Chill the Sauce
Cover the ranch dipping sauce and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
