Preparation
1. Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower, and cut it into bite-sized florets.
2. Make the Batter
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until the batter is smooth and well combined.
Baking
3. Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated, then place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake the Cauliflower
Bake the coated cauliflower in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
Buffalo Sauce Preparation
5. Prepare Buffalo Sauce
While the cauliflower is baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the buffalo sauce until well combined.
6. Toss Cauliflower in Sauce
Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss gently to coat.
Serving
7. Serve
Serve the buffalo cauliflower hot with a side of ranch dressing for dipping.
