- 2
Mix with Liqueur
In a shallow dish, combine the cooled coffee with 3 tablespoons of coffee liqueur.
Prepare Mascarpone Filling
- 3
Whip Cream
In a large mixing bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
- 4
Mix Mascarpone
In another bowl, whisk together 16 oz of mascarpone cheese, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 3 large egg yolks until smooth.

Combine Mixtures
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
Assemble Tiramisu
- 6
Soak Ladyfingers
Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture for about 1-2 seconds, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
- 7

- 11
Add Chocolate Shavings
If desired, add dark chocolate shavings on top for an extra touch.
