Make Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine equal parts sugar and water (1 cup each). Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Allow to cool before using.

Combine Ingredients
In a large glass or pitcher, combine 1 cup of your chosen fruit syrup with 1 liter of sparkling water. Stir gently to mix without losing carbonation.

Pour the mixture over ice in a glass. Adjust sweetness by adding more simple syrup to taste if desired.
