1. Prepare the Meat

2. Cook the Meat

3. Make the Tzatziki Sauce
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with diced cucumber, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.
4. Warm the Pita
Warm the pita bread on the grill or in a skillet until slightly toasted.
5. Assemble the Gyro
On each pita, layer sliced meat, red onions, diced tomatoes, and tzatziki sauce. Serve immediately.
