Stuffed Mushrooms

Method

Bruschetta

    Prepare the Baguette

    Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

    Make the Tomato Mixture

    Chop the tomatoes and add them to a mixing bowl. Finely chop the fresh basil and add it to the tomatoes.

    Add Flavor

    Drizzle olive oil over the tomato and basil mixture. Mince the garlic and add it to the bowl. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.

    Toast the Baguette

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

    Assemble the Bruschetta

    Remove the baguette from the oven, top each slice with the tomato mixture, and serve immediately.

Stuffed Mushrooms

    Prepare the Mushrooms

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

    Make the Filling

    In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

    Stuff the Mushrooms

    Spoon the filling into the cavities of each mushroom cap.

    Add Breadcrumbs

    Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the stuffed mushrooms.

    Bake the Mushrooms

    Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.

    Serve

    Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
