Method

Fruity Mocktail

1

Prepare the ingredients

Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the stems. Cut them into halves or quarters.

2

Mix the base

In a pitcher, combine the fresh strawberries, orange juice, and honey. Stir well until the honey dissolves.

3

Add sparkling water

Just before serving, add the sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.

4

Serve

Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the mocktail over the ice, and garnish with mint leaves.

Classic Lemonade

5

Juice the lemons

Roll the lemons on the countertop to soften them, then cut them in half and juice them into a measuring cup. You should have about 1 cup of lemon juice.

6

Make the lemonade

In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice, granulated sugar, and water. Stir vigorously until the sugar is completely dissolved.

7

Chill the lemonade

Add ice cubes to the pitcher and stir. Optionally, chill in the refrigerator for an hour.

8

Garnish and serve

Pour the lemonade into glasses filled with ice, and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.

Iced Herbal Tea

9

Brew the tea

Place the herbal tea bags in a heatproof pitcher and pour the boiling water over them. Steep for about 5-7 minutes.

10

Sweeten the tea

Remove the tea bags and sweeten the tea with honey or sugar to taste. Stir well to combine.

11

Chill the tea

Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.

12

Serve

Serve the chilled tea over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
