Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the heirloom tomatoes and basil leaves under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean towel. If the mozzarella balls are packed in water, drain and pat them dry as well.

Assemble the Skewers
Take a skewer and thread one heirloom tomato, followed by a fresh mozzarella ball, and then a basil leaf. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used up, typically 4 sets per skewer.

Drizzle the Balsamic
Once all skewers are assembled, place them on a serving platter and drizzle the balsamic glaze over the skewers. For added flavor, sprinkle with salt and black pepper if desired.
