Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the hot sauce and garlic powder, whisking until smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.

Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley until well combined.

Bake the Wings
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.

Transfer the coated wings to a serving platter and enjoy with celery sticks and your favorite dipping sauce, if desired.
