Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and crushed ice.

Blend Until Smooth
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.

Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass.
