Method

Eggs Preparation

  1. 1

    Whisk the Eggs

In a small bowl, crack the two eggs and whisk them together with salt and black pepper until the yolks and whites are fully combined.

  2. 2

    Heat the Pan

In a non-stick frying pan, heat the butter or oil over medium heat until melted and hot.

  3. 3

    Cook the Eggs

Pour the whisked eggs into the pan. Allow them to cook undisturbed for about 1-2 minutes or until the edges begin to set. Use a spatula to gently pull the edges towards the center and let the uncooked eggs flow to the edges. Cook until fully set, about 3-4 minutes total.

Meat Preparation

  1. 4

    Cook the Bacon

In a separate pan over medium heat, place the bacon slices. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess fat.

  2. 5

    Cook the Sausage

In the same pan, add the sausage links. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and let rest.

  3. 6

    Cook the Ham

If using pre-cooked ham, simply heat the slices in the same pan for about 1-2 minutes on each side until warmed through. If using raw ham, cook until browned and cooked through.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

On a plate, serve the cooked eggs alongside your choice of meat, whether bacon, sausage, or ham. Enjoy your meal!
