Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Cook the Eggs

Crack the eggs into a bowl, beat them lightly, and season with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil if desired. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook to your preferred style (scrambled, sunny-side-up, or over-easy).

Meats

  1. 2

    Cook the Ham Steak

In the same skillet, add the ham steak and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until heated through and slightly caramelized.

  2. 3

    Cook the Sausage Patty

In the same skillet, add the sausage patty and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.

  3. 4

    Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet, add the bacon slices and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Home Fries

  1. 5

    Prepare the Home Fries

Dice the potatoes and onion into small cubes. In a separate skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and onion, season with salt and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.

Baked Beans

  1. 6

    Heat the Baked Beans

In a small saucepan, heat the canned baked beans over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.

Toast

  1. 7

    Toast the Bread

Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown. Spread butter on top of the warm toast.
