- 2
- 3
Combine Ingredients
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
- 4
Fold in Blueberries
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries into the batter, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Cooking
- 5
Preheat Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Add a small amount of butter to the pan, allowing it to melt and coat the surface.
- 6
Cook Pancake
Pour the batter into the pan, using about 1/2 cup for one large pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 3-4 minutes.
- 7
Flip Pancake
Carefully flip the pancake using a spatula and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 8
Serve
Transfer the pancake to a plate. Serve warm with butter and maple syrup on the side.
