Preparation

1

Cook the Meats

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, cook the sausage links until browned and cooked through, then slice them into small pieces. Finally, add the diced ham to the skillet and heat for a few minutes until warmed.

2

Chop the Vegetables

While the meats are cooking, finely chop the onion and bell pepper.

Cooking the Omelette

3

Whisk the Eggs

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined and slightly frothy. Season with salt and black pepper.

4

Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, and sauté until they are soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

5

Cook the Egg Mixture

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Allow it to cook undisturbed for about 2-3 minutes until the edges begin to set.

6

Add the Meats and Cheese

Once the edges are set, add the crispy bacon, sliced sausage, diced ham, and cheddar cheese evenly over one half of the omelette.

7

Fold and Finish Cooking

Carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the filled side using a spatula. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the omelette is fully cooked through.

8

Serve

Slide the omelette onto a plate, cut it in half if desired, and serve hot.
