Garden Salad Recipe
We use a variety of field greens and top with tomatoes, green pepper, red onion and cucumbers finished with red cabbage and served with a 2 oz. dressing of your choice. We make them ahead of time but can always take something off for you.

Wash and Prepare Vegetables
Thoroughly wash all vegetables under cold water. Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Chop Salad Ingredients
Chop the field greens coarsely and place them in a large salad bowl. Halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the green bell pepper, thinly slice the red onion, and peel and slice the cucumber. Add all of these vegetables to the bowl.

Shred Red Cabbage
Finely shred the red cabbage and add it to the salad bowl, mixing all ingredients thoroughly.
Serving

Dressing Addition
Just before serving, drizzle the dressing of your choice over the salad. Toss gently to combine, ensuring an even distribution of dressing.

Plate and Serve
Divide the salad into individual serving bowls or plates and serve immediately. If desired, allow guests to add more dressing to taste.
