Preparing Chicken Tenders

Cut the Chicken
Slice the boneless chicken breasts into tenders, about 1 inch wide.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs.
Cooking Chicken Tenders

Heat Oil
In a large skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Fry the Chicken
Add the breaded chicken tenders in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Drain and Rest
Remove the tenders and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Making Honey Mustard Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Making Spicy Hot Sauce

Melt Butter and Mix
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce and garlic powder until well combined.
