Chicken Tenders

Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips and set aside.

Make the Batter
In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Coat the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip into the batter mixture, then into the egg mixture, and back into the batter mixture to ensure a thick coating.

Fry the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken strips in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
French Fries

Prep the Potatoes
Peel the russet potatoes and cut them into thin strips.

Soak the Fries
Soak the fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

Fry the Potatoes
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan. Fry the soaked fries in batches until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt immediately after frying.
Coleslaw

Prepare the Vegetables
Shred the green cabbage and grate the carrot.

Mix the Dressing
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

Combine and Chill
Add the shredded cabbage and grated carrot to the dressing and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Warm the dinner rolls in the oven according to package instructions.
