Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Angus Beef Patty

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the 6 oz Angus beef patty in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

  2. 2

    Toast the Burger Bun

While the patty is cooking, cut the burger bun in half and toast it in the skillet for about 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Burger

Spread 1 tbsp of mayo on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Place the cooked Angus beef patty on top, followed by the slice of cheddar cheese, lettuce leaf, and tomato slices. Top with the other half of the bun.

French Fry Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the French Fries

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a large pot over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add 2 cups of frozen French fries and fry according to package instructions, usually about 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

  2. 5

    Drain and Season

Once cooked, remove the French fries from the oil and drain on paper towels. Season with salt to taste.
