Method

Eggwich Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Protein

In a skillet over medium heat, add the ham, bacon, or sausage and cook until heated through and crispy, about 3-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  2. 2

    Fry the Egg

In the same skillet, crack the egg and cook until the white is firm, about 3-4 minutes for over hard. Flip if necessary to ensure even cooking.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Eggwich

Split the English muffin in half and toast it. Once toasted, layer the cooked protein on one half, place the cooked egg on top, and finish with a slice of American cheese. Close the sandwich with the other half of the muffin.

Home Fries Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Leave the skin on for added texture.

  2. 5

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, and sauté for about 3 minutes until softened.

  3. 6

    Cook the Potatoes

Add the diced potatoes to the skillet. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
