Method
Pulled Pork

Prepare the Pork
Rub the pork shoulder with paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Ensure it's evenly coated.

Smoke the Pork
Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a smoker at 225°F (107°C) and smoke for about 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).

Mix with Vinegar and Water
Mix the shredded pork with apple cider vinegar and water to keep it moist before serving.
BBQ Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Simmer the Sauce
Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.
Corn Muffins

Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix cornmeal, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Combine and Bake
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
Beer Battered Fries

Prepare Potatoes
Peel and cut the potatoes into fries. Soak them in water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.

Make Batter
In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour and beer to form a batter. Season with salt.

Fry the Potatoes
Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Dip fries into the batter and fry in batches until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.

Drain and Serve
Remove fries from oil and drain on paper towels. Season with extra salt and serve immediately.
Coleslaw

Shred the green cabbage and carrots using a grater or food processor.

In a large bowl, mix shredded cabbage and carrots with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.

Peel, core, and slice the apples.
