Prepare the Beef Brisket
Season the beef brisket with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Slice the Brisket
Once cooked, let the brisket rest for 30 minutes. Slice the brisket thinly against the grain.

Combine Filling
In a large bowl, mix the sliced brisket with sautéed vegetables and cheddar cheese.
Beer Battered Fries

Prepare the Potatoes
Peel and cut the potatoes into fries. Soak them in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

Make the Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, beer, baking powder, and salt until smooth.

Heat the Oil
In a deep fryer or large pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Potatoes
Drain the fries and pat them dry. Dip the fries into the batter and carefully place them into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Let it cook for about 15 minutes until thickened.
