Preparation of Vegetables

    Prepare the Green Papaya

    Peel the green papaya and remove the seeds. Using a grater or a spiralizer, shred the papaya into thin strips and set aside.

    Chop the Tomato

    Wash the tomato and chop it into small pieces. Set aside.

    Grate the Carrot

    Peel the carrot and grate it using a grater. Add the grated carrot to the bowl with the shredded papaya.

Making the Sauce

    Combine Sauce Ingredients

    In a small bowl, mix together the tamarind paste, fish sauce, palm sugar, and lime juice until well combined. Adjust the taste according to preference.

Combining Ingredients

    Mix the Salad

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded papaya, chopped tomato, and grated carrot. Pour the tamarind sauce over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.

    Add Peanuts and Garnish

    Add the peanuts to the salad and mix lightly. Garnish with fresh cilantro and sliced Thai chili according to taste.
