Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the spinach, napa cabbage, and snow peas. Chop the napa cabbage into strips and remove the ends from the snow peas.

Make the Peanut Sauce
In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili flakes until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Combine Ingredients
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the peanut sauce over the mixture and toss to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.

Serve the Dish
Transfer the Pra Raam Chicken to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro. Serve warm with rice or noodles if desired.
