Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash the spinach, napa cabbage, and snow peas. Chop the napa cabbage into strips and remove the ends from the snow peas.

  3. 3

    Make the Peanut Sauce

In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili flakes until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  2. 5

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed. Add the napa cabbage and snow peas, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes. Then, add the spinach and cook until just wilted.

  3. 6

    Combine Ingredients

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the peanut sauce over the mixture and toss to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Dish

Transfer the Pra Raam Chicken to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro. Serve warm with rice or noodles if desired.
