Add Curry Paste
Once the oil is hot, add the Penang curry paste and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Incorporate Coconut Milk
Slowly pour in the coconut milk while stirring to combine with the curry paste. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Adding Vegetables

Add Vegetables
Add the sliced bell pepper and green beans to the saucepan. Stir well to coat them in the curry sauce.

Add Lime Leaves
Tear the lime leaves into smaller pieces and add them to the curry. Let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

Garnish and Serve
Once the vegetables are cooked, remove the curry from heat. Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped cilantro and lime wedges on the side.
