Prepare the Mixing Glass
Fill a mixing glass with ice to chill.

Add Ingredients
Pour 2 oz of Dark Arts 7 Year Amburana Rye, 1 oz of Malvasia Madeira, and 0.5 oz of Apricot Liqueur into the mixing glass filled with ice.

Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of Molé Bitters to the mixing glass.

Stir the Mixture
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish
Express the oils from an orange twist over the cocktail and drop it into the glass as a garnish.
