Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well and let marinate for at least 20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the chicken is marinating, wash and chop the bell peppers and broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Slice the green onions and set aside.

  4. 4

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, combine the remaining 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Mix until smooth and set aside.

  5. 5

    Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  6. 6

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender yet crisp.

  7. 7

    Combine Everything

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the sauce over the mixture and stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

  8. 8

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
