Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Vegetables
Start by washing all the vegetables thoroughly. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside. Peel the turnips and cut them into small cubes.
- 2
Sauté the Garlic
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to let them burn.
- 3
Cook the Cauliflower and Turnip
Add the cauliflower florets and turnip cubes to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned.
- 4
Add Tonburi
Once the cauliflower and turnips are cooked, add the tonburi to the skillet. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- 5
Finish with Lemon Juice
Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle with lemon juice. Toss everything together to ensure the vegetables are well-coated. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- 6
Serve
Transfer the Cauliflower, Turnip, and Tonburi mixture to a serving dish. Serve warm as a side dish or a light main course.
