Prepare Ingredients
Slice the pork belly, zucchini, onion, and shiitake mushrooms. Chop the napa cabbage and scallions.

Cook Pork Belly
In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the pork belly and cook until browned.

Add Aromatics
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Seafood and Tofu
Add the seafood mix and shrimp. Gently stir in the silken tofu, being careful not to break it apart.

Season the Stew
Add gochugaru, soy sauce, and water or broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Finish with Scallions
Stir in the chopped scallions and simmer for an additional 2 minutes.

Ladle the stew into bowls and serve hot with rice.
