For the Donkkaseu

Method

For the Donkkaseu

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

Season the pork cutlets with salt and black pepper on both sides. Let them rest for about 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Breading Process

Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs. Dip each pork cutlet first into the flour, then into the eggs, and finally coat them with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

  3. 3

    Fry the Cutlets

In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot. Carefully place the breaded cutlets into the oil, frying in batches if necessary. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

  4. 4

    Serve

Slice the fried pork cutlet and serve with the housemade sauce drizzled on top or on the side for dipping.
