    Prepare the Dip

    In a mixing bowl, combine the smoked whitefish, cream cheese, lemon juice, fresh dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

    Fold in the Tomatoes

    Gently fold the oven-roasted tomatoes into the dip mixture, being careful not to break them apart too much.

    Cover the dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

    Prepare Toast Points

    While the dip is chilling, toast the slices of bread until golden brown. Cut each slice into quarters to create toast points.
