Mix the Base
In a cocktail shaker, combine the mezcal, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and fresh sage leaves. Add ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.

Top with IPA
Slowly pour the IPA over the top of the strained mixture.

Garnish
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a sprig of fresh sage.
